To be taken into account, any cancellation request by the client must be made to SFTR in writing (email or post).
In the absence of specific provisions from the host, and in the event that the customer has not taken out the cancellation insurance offered by SFTR, or in the event that the reasons for cancellation are not covered by the latter, any cancellation on the part of the customer will be considered as a cancellation:
Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the booking fees are retained.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before your arrival: 25% of the total amount of the stay + administrative fees.
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before your arrival: 60% of the total amount of the stay + the booking fees.
Cancellation 7 days or less before your arrival: 80 % of the total amount of the stay + the booking fees.
No show at the place of stay: 100% of the total amount of the stay + the booking fees.
If for reasons of unforeseeable circumstances, security reasons or any other reason, the trip would have to be cancelled due to Sainte Foy Tarentaise Booking, an alternative would be offered. If the customer does not accept this proposal, he will not be able to claim any other form of compensation and we will immediately reimburse the sums paid for the original holiday.
